Ready for summer/ Lets Get Sketchy DT Reveal

Hello Scrappy Friends
Happy Monday! How's everyone today, I cant believe July is almost over! Today its a new Lets Get Sketchy sketch reveal for this month week 4 ( sketch below) I flipped the sketch. Here is my simple layout I came up with using my daughter's photo when she was just two years old, time flies and now she's six. Wonderful you

Hello Scrappy friends
How's everyone! I'm here today to share with you a layout I created. I was inspired by the Sketchabilities sketch #119 (sketch below) and the color challenge #27 at Kreative Koncepts. Hope you like it!

Here are some of my close up 
I started with American crafts paper and then I added molding paste, gesso, and acrylic purple paint and stencil and also added dylusions crushed grape ink spray and teal color shine then added water. then I made those leaves using Heidi swapp stencil then fussy cut them, I used the papers that have a mixed media that is supposed to be my background but instead I used it for layering behind the photo and for the leaves.
I also added flowers from my stash and from michaels, then also added some fabric canvas the ticket, small flower and leaf and those tags, for my title I used wood words from michaels that I paint with acrylic purple paint and thickers by American crafts. to finish my layout I added sequins, brads and misting.

A happy girl

Hello Scrappy friends
How's everyone! I hope everything is fine! Today I'm sharing with you a layout I created, I was inspired by their July sketch challenge over at C'est Magnifique Kit Club ( sketch below), along with the Friday challenge " Stitching and Flowers" at Frosted Designs. Hope you like it!

 Here are some of my close up
I started with MME lost and found 3 collection for my background, and then tear a piece of another paper to layer in the middle, then I used vintage photo distress ink to inked the edges, then added molding paste and two different stencil by hiedi swapp and crafters workshop to add some texture to the background and I also sprayed peach color shine also by hiedi swapp, and then added some stamping and rub ons.
I also distress all the papers I used they're all in the same MME collection, and I added faux stitching around the page, the flowers are from michaels store which I always buy my flowers and some are from my stash, the leaves are from a sizzix machine die cut and then I distress them with distress ink and wrinkle them a little to give some texture, to finish my layout I added some misting and sequins.

Lovely/ Scrap Our Stash DT Reveal

Hello Scrappy friends
Todays layout I'm sharing with you is a sketch and stash challenge over at Scrap Our Stash,  create a layout inspired by the sketch and you must include a trim/ribbon on your layout. Hope you like it and get inspired!

For my background I used prima paper and I added molding paste, distress ink picked raspberry by tim holtz and stencil to have some texture to the background and some splatters using teal and black velvet color shine from Heidi swapp and sequins. the papers behind the photo are from prima and bo bunny that are from my stash for a long time.
the flowers are from michaels and from my stash, the leaves are Heidi swapp stencil that I used and fussy cut them. The trim ribbon are from recollections and my title is a wood words that I purchased from michaels and I painted it with gesso.

Yum/ Stuck?! DT Reveal

Hello Scrappy friends
How's everyone! Today I'm sharing with you the layout I created! I can't believe its already the 15th and that means a new sketch challenge over at Stuck? Sketches is live, and The Studio Challenges site is joining us in this challenge with their color palette! I hope I get you inspired and join the fun!

Here are some of my close up
To start with I used prima paper for my background and then added gesso and molding paste with stencil for some texture and I used dylussions lemon zest ink spray to spray and add some color into the background. All the papers I used behind the photo are prima, dcwv and bo bunny
The flowers are from michaels and some from my stash, the leaves I created them using hiedi swapp stencil and fussy cut them which I love the result, the butterflies are also fussy cut from the paper in my stash, and then I used jar lid and india black ink to create the circles. for my title I used American crafts thickers and basicgrey alphabet stickers.

Say cheese!/ Lets Get Sketchy DT Reveal

Hello Scrappy friends
Happy Monday! Today I'm sharing a layout that I created for a new sketch challenge over at Lets Get Sketchy for the second week of this month. I hope I get you inspired and play along with us!

I started with this recollections paper for my background, and then I used molding paste and stencil to add some texture to the background and then I sprayed some peach color shine from Heidi Swapp to obtain some of those color that already on the paper, and all the paper I used in this page are in the same collection the painted fancy from recollections, and then distress all the edges and inked them with worn lipstick distress ink from tim holtz.
the tags, the sequins, butterflies and the small flowers are all from my stash and the pink flowers are from michaels, the title and the camera are die cuts stickers from me and my big ideas, and also I added some peach chevron washi tape that are also from recollections.

Girls just wanna have fun

Hello Scrappy friends
Today i have a layout to share that i created for this challenges the first one is over at Sketchabilities for their sketch challenge #18 (sketch below). Then the second challenge is over at  The Color Room palette #170 for this month of July ( palette board below). I hope you like it and get you inspired.

Here are some of my close up
I started with prima papers for my background and added some clear gesso and yellow watercolor, and then I used a toothbrush to flicks some black velvet, mustard, and grey color shine by Heidi Swapp and I also splatters some of it, then I heat emboss the circles and arrows for the first time into my page, I don't really like the results but its ok, and then I also added some stamping. the black frame is from MME the chalkboard collection.
 The flowers are from michaels and my stash and I also fussy cuts some flowers from the k&company floral papers that are perfect colors for this challenge and I outlined them using American crafts slick writer black pen, the layers of papers behind the photo are from different manufacturer that are from my stash, and the I added gesso around the photo. For my title I used tim holtz label stickers and American crafts thickers, and the last thing is I stamped the date using smash stamp date.

Sweetie/ 123 Get Scrappy DT Reveal

Hello Scrappy friends
How's everyone! I am here today sharing a layout I created for 123 Get Scrappy new challenge reveal for this month of July! I hope I get you inspired and play along with us!
 
-Here's my layout-
 
I used: Purple, Yellow, Pink
 
I started with prima paper for my background and then added gesso and watercolors using pink, purple, and yellow and also added some texture with molding paste and stencil. the layers of papers behind the photo is also from prima except the bingo card with the word sweetie that I made for my title is by dcwv.
I also added rub ons numbers by tim holtz and rub ons script by 7 gypsies and the text word sticker is by cosmo cricket, and then the metal with ribbon is by making memories
the flowers are from michaels and some are from my stash, the two big butterflies are a chipboard butterflies from blue fern studios and I paint it with gesso first and added some purple dylussions ink spray and mustard color shine by Heidi Swapp

 I used Heidi Swapp papers and outlined them using my American crafts slick writer black pen, I also added a small doily behind the photo, and then added some studio g chipboard the anchor, the bow and also my title, I also added Heidi Swapp small hexagon stickers, sequins, rub-ons butterflies from k&company and arrow with year 2013 is from tim holtz rub-ons , and then I also used small triangles stencil with distress ink worn lipstick for some texture on the page.

Cute/ Scrap Our Stash DT Reveal

Hello Scrappy friends
Today I'm sharing with you the layout I made for this new challenge of this month at Scrap Our Stash Stash challenge #16 "Let's go shopping" and for this challenge your going to shop in your craft room, isn't that fun?! and you need to shop 5 or more different items in your stash.

I shop for two dear lizzy tags, a flair button, four enamel dots, sequins, and rub-ons arrows. All the papers I used is from Heidi Swapp, I love her papers. for my title I used American crafts gold thickers.
