Say cheese

Hello Scrappy friends
How's everyone! Today I have  layout to share with you that I created for two challenge blog. First up is over at Purple Pumpkin for their April sketch challenge (sketch below), then the second one is over at Life, Paper, Scrapbook for their April mood board challenge (board below), I inspired with their mood board color and the triangles, so this sketch is perfect also. I hope you like it.

I used recollections paper for my background, and then I hand cut my triangles using white cardstock and added some texture to it with Heidi Swapp stencil and modeling paste then added some different colors of watercolors, and also added some texture to the background using a small triangles stencil and modeling paste then outlined some of them with my black pen. for my title I used American crafts thickers, the foam white glitters called fox and foam orange glitters called nutmeg .
and also added some watercolors splatters, and I also inked the edges of the papers using black ink. the flowers is from michaels store and the white feathers I added by the flowers is from studio calico and also added some white thread.
then I also used Heidi Swapp stamp to stamps the arrows, and also added some yellow and orange sequins.

So loved/ Scrap Our Stash DT Reveal

Hello everyone!
Happy Easter! I hope your enjoying the beautiful Easter Sunday! Today, I'm sharing with you a new sketch and stash challenge over at Scrap Our Stash this month. In this layout I used the picture of my brother in law and my daughter during our visit to the grandparents lake house.

For this challenge I used three collections of papers from Recollections, the create collection, the Neapolitan collection and today, tomorrow, forever collection. And for my embellishments I used a butterfly die cut chipboard by chatter box, the sticker camera is by American crafts with the stitched brad on the middle is by basicgrey, the acrylic frame on top of my photo by chatter box also, and then added some wood veneers by studio calico and a vellum envelope with dear lizzy tag that I inserted with my journaling. I also added faux stitching to the circle and heart corkboard by chatter box, and I added word stamp into the circle cork board. An then I just also added faux stitching on all the papers. for my title I used recollections letter stickers.

Cool/Stuck?Sketches DT Reveal

Hello Scrappers!
How's everyone, Hope everything is fine! If you ask about me, here I am enjoying the nice weather and my daughter spring break. Anyway, Today is another new sketch challenge over at Stuck? Sketches for April 15th. In this layout I used my daughter photos being so cool and funny with the tongue out :) when she was just  two years old.

I used American crafts papers and distress the edges, studio g chipboard embellishments and some pink handmade butterflies from my stash, and also added some misting on the page using Heidi Swapp mint green and primrose color shine, the title is American crafts thickers.

You are loved/ 123 Get Scrappy DT Reveal

Hello everyone!
Today, I have a simple layout to share with you that I created for 123 Get Scrappy for the new awesome challenge of this month, using my daughter's photos when she was two years old.

I used gcd wood print paper for my background, and I added stamping using different stamps, recollections, my mind's eye and Heidi Swapp stamps, and also added some misting in the background using black velvet and primrose color shine by Heidi Swapp. The red paper is from colorbok and roses that I  fussy cut from the same papers, I also added doilies behind the photos, and I added couples of epoxy from K&company and Heidi Grace.

Pretty

Hello everyone!
How's everybody! Here I am again to share the layout that I made last night for this awesome blogs. First challenge is over at Sketchabilities for their sketch challenge #112 (sketch below), up next is over at Kreative Koncepts known as ScrapFriends for their challenge #23, and lastly is over at Berry71bleu for their April challenge "Handmade Flowers" this is my first time join in their challenge. In this layout I used my daughter photo playing as a princess :)!

-Here are some of my close-
For my background I used pink cardstock paper and recollections paper, then I added watercolor to the background, for my title I used dear lizzy thickers by American Crafts, the I also added three layers of pink laces and gold lace, and the die-cuts stickers chipboard is from Heidi Swapp, the hearts, the arrow on top with cute word on it and the flower behind my handmade flowers.
 
The fabric feathers I used is by studio calico, then I paint half with pearlescent watercolor and added the other half with gold fine glitters by stampendous, and also added some gold thread from the gold fabric in the left and right side of the photo, and then also added some script stencil by the crafters workshop and molding paste behind the photo for some texture.
Here are two of my handmade flowers, for making my flowers I used papers from hobby lobby but I forgot the name of the papers, I used five petals flower punch, and then I inked it with pink ink and dip it into the water and dry it , not really dry then wrinkle it with your finger and dry it again, and layer them together and add whatever you want in the middle.

My cute girl

Hello Scrappers!
Happy Monday! How's everyone, Today I have a quick layout to share that I created last night for  Scrap Africa sketch challenge #28( sketch below). In this layout I used my daughter's photo when she was two years old, time flies and I can't believe she's almost six years old. Hope I inspired you!

For my background I used craft cardstock and the polka dots is from stash I don't know what manufacturer from, and then behind the photo I tear and layered some papers from prima and added some gesso and molding paste and stencils to add some texture to the page, and also added some random stamping using bo bunny script stamp and chain rubber stamp and some misting using Heidi Swapp black velvet, primrose and coral color shine.
for my title I used Tim Holtz label stickers and craft letter stickers and outlined them with my black sharpie pen. I also added some pink and yellow water colors on the papers to match the color in the flowers, the flowers that I used is my handmade flowers and the rest is from Michaels. I also added some 7gypsies text rub-on and colorbok butterflies rub-on. I also inked the edges of the papers using Tim Hotlz tea dye distress ink.

Hello spring/ Scrap our Stash DT Reveal

Hello Scrappers!
How's everybody!Today, I have layout to share for Scrap our Stash new challenge #13 "Spring Colors". In my layout I used the photo of my daughter and my friend kids of spring 2012 after a fun Easter egg hunt!
 
Here is the challenge
Create a Spring layout using spring colors and include the following pre made/packaged items from your stash: Paperclip(s), Journal card and at least one 3D embellishment.

In this challenge, I used a floral background because it reminds me of spring, and then I layered it with white cardstock, then I played with my watercolor and bubble wrap to create some texture. and then I used dcwv journal card the one behind the photo, and the ones to the left and right side of the photo is also a journal card from my stash, then my 3d embellishments are the flowers, the little bird and the little butterfly they're also from my stash, as well as the heart paper clip on the lower right side of the photo. for my title, I used recollections letter stickers and American crafts sunny thickers. I also added some washi tape and sequins.

I used Dear Lizzy paper collection by American crafts, the tags are also dear Lizzy and the title word smile, the rest of the title is from recollections letter stickers, the frames and the flair button are also recollections, the flowers are from Michaels, I also added tissue paper behind the photos and some enamel dots from recollections.
