Birthday gifts

Hello Scrappy friends
How's everyone! Happy mother's day to all mom out there! Today I will share with you the new challenge that I totally forgot to share yesterday (busy), And now on to the challenge #10 over at 123 Get Scrappy! I used this picture of my daughter during her 5th birthday when she was opening her gifts! Hope you got inspired and play along with us!

In your eyes

Hello Scrappy friends
Today I have a new layout to share that I created last night for this fun sketch at Scrap Africa sketch challenge #29 (sketch below), and for S.W.A.T for their color challenge Drill #31. Hope you got inspired and play along!

I used prima papers and also layered behind the photo and distress them and added Tim Holtz Victorian velvet distress ink, then I used plates to make a circles and then added some molding paste and stencil for some texture behind the photo but you can't really see it, and then I added this bird cage that its been in my stash for a long time
the flowers are from recollections and Michaels, and the butterflies is from the papers that I fussy cut and also added this metal key from Michaels and a chipboard like a blocks that I took the die cuts words and I'm ready to throw away but I mange to layer it and paint it with distress ink and gesso, also added gesso to all the flowers and around the photo, the title is Tim Holtz label stickers and making memories letter stickers.

Just a girl

Hello Scrappy friends
How's everyone! Hope everything is fine! Today I have a quick layout to share that I created for Scrap & Music blog for their sketch challenge #27 with the music Paradise. I got my title from one of the lyrics in the music, using my daughter's photo.

I used Heidi Swapp  paper for my background and the rest of the papers is by Maggie Holmes and also all the cut outs that I layered. For my title I used Tim Holtz label stickers and American crafts thickers.
the arrows and words is a rub ons by Tim Holtz, I also added some misting using Heidi Swapp black velvet color shine.

Cutie/ Scrap Our Stash DT Reveal

Hello everyone
Today I have a layout to share for a new challenge over at Scrap Our Stash for this month, Something Old, Something new, Something fussy cut and something blue.
 
-Here's my layout- 
 
For something Old, I used heart doily, the blue patterned papers behind the photo by recollections and a studio g brad. For something New, I used the pink paper by Heidi swapp, the chipboard heart, and a camera. For something fussy cut is the stars and the arrow. For something Blue, I used American crafts blue pigment ink with a stencil on my background.

Like father like daughter

Hello Scrappers
How's everyone! Today I have a quick layout to share that I created yesterday for NSD challenge over at Scrapbook.com using the four different alphabet set that end up at midnight yesterday, and I used one of the sketch from Creative Scrappers Birthday Bash (sketch below). Hope you like it and play along! I used this cute picture of my hubby and daughter.

It's kind of a different color than the one on top, maybe because my close up is lighter. Anyway, I used dcwv papers and layered then and distress the edges, I also added a gold doily behind the photo. for my title I used four different alphabet set, I used American Crafts white remarks called getty, Tim Hotlz label stickers, Recollections letter stickers and Making Memories tiny alpha black on white. I also hand cut the air balloon from the same paper collection and the butterflies is from Heidi Swapp die cuts and splatters some black velvet color shine,  and  also added wood veneers triangles from studio calico that I outlined with my black pen.

Beautiful

Hello Scrappy friends
How's everyone! today I have a quick layout to share that I created today for My Creative Sketches for their April sketch challenge (sketch below). I always love their sketches! Hope you like it and play along too! I used the picture of my daughter watching the beautiful sunset.

Here are some of my close up
I used gcd studios papers and some scraps in my stash for layering and distress the edges of the papers and also added ink, and then added some texture to the background using stencil and modeling paste and misting using Heidi swap black velvet, sweet cherry and peach color shine, the flowers are from michaels store and the big ones are my handmade, I also added some stamping by the flowers and some rub-ons.
for my title I used the words beautiful from the same papers and fussy cut them.

In this layout I used my mind's eye papers, the flowers and butterflies are from KaiserCraft the lady rose collectables, and for my title I also used my mind's eye letter sticker the chalk board collection and American crafts thickers.
and then I added some stamping, misting and some more texture using bubble gum ink by recollections and stencil and some sequins on the background.
